PST-2302: Practicum of Observation and Intervention (3 crédits)

Equivalent to: Stage d'observation et d'intervention

By intervening in a specific field of service, the student grows in a pastoral ability that focuses on the two hubs of empathy in communication and integration of one's spiritual foundations with their own pastoral intervention. The student develops skills (creating receptivity, managing participation, accounting for personal journey) as well as key attitudes (presence, welcome, internalization, release, creativity, collaboration). All this contributes to the student gaining confidence in their own pastoral identity.
