This course is an introduction to the basic doctrines of the Christian faith. Using the Apostles' creed as a guide, the student explores the doctrines of God: creation, man, sin, Christ, salvation, the Holy Spirit, the Church and the last things. Along the way, an accent is placed on the protestant and evangelical approach to theology. The course includes a consideration of the nature of theology and communicates the perspective that theology connects with life.
